How would you rate Ninacloak?
As if that wasn't enough, when they finally got around to offering a refund, it was less than a third of what I paid. And guess what? I never got that refund. Now, they’re saying that since the refund is late, they can’t send it anymore. Instead, they’re only offering a voucher, which I flat out refuse. I’d never buy from this company again, and I seriously recommend others steer clear.
Also, I saw that after I left this review, Nina Cloak responded saying they had emailed me. Let me tell you, that was not an effort to fix anything. It was just them repeating their offer of a £30 voucher for future orders. They absolutely refuse to give back any of my money. This is nothing short of a total scam.

Now, they are telling me that because the refund is overdue, they cannot send it anymore. Instead, they are only willing to offer a voucher, which I absolutely refuse to accept. I would never order from this company again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them at all costs.
Furthermore, I noticed that after I posted this review, Nina Cloak replied claiming that they had emailed me. Let me warn you, this was not an attempt to resolve the issue at all. It was simply a repetition of their offer of a £30 voucher for future purchases. They completely refuse to reimburse any of the costs. This is nothing but a complete scam.

I tried reaching out to the company for a refund through email, but they never got back to me. So, I went to PayPal for help. At first, the company ignored PayPal's messages, but they eventually offered to refund me just $112, which is less than half of what I spent. After that, they went completely silent. Now, I'm stuck trying to work things out with my bank. Dealing with PayPal has been a real pain, with long wait times on the phone and no real progress through email. It feels like I've lost my money for good.
I really recommend steering clear of this site.

To start, they were adamant about needing the original receipt, which I couldn't find. Even though I showed them my credit card statement as proof of purchase, they were still hesitant to accept it. This left me feeling pretty annoyed and unappreciated as a customer.
The clothes were a no-go for me, so I got in touch about returning them. I followed their guidelines, but I'm still waiting on the return address.

“They don't provide an address or phone number when responding to your emails. They are extremely picky in their responses and if they don't have the answers, they simply ignore you. It's a terrible company to do business with, so I strongly advise staying away. I will never purchase anything from them again.”

“They completely avoid answering my question and all they have said is, "You have to pay for the return" without providing a return address. They also inform you that they do not provide return labels. Additionally, when you place an order with them, you do not receive any confirmation throughout the process. This can lead you to believe that something went wrong, causing you to try again and unintentionally place multiple orders before realizing that your orders were actually successful, as they do not provide any confirmation. I strongly advise against ordering anything from them. They seem to be focused on taking your money, and on top of that, their items are poorly made and have a cheap appearance.”
